The Wake-Up Call I Didn’t Ask For
Well….this is not something I’ve been very open about outside a select few people. But as I promised this audience, I’m going to be real, raw, and transparent. So here it is. Last month, I had what I later
Welcome to The Mid. This is the season where thriving isn’t aspirational. It’s expected.
The Mid exists because women in this phase of life are stuck between two bad options: being sold hollow anti-aging promises or being quietly ignored altogether. Especially when it comes to beauty, style, and how we’re “supposed” to show up as we age. Add in the gatekeeping around real health and wellness, and it’s no wonder so many of us are left spending money on hype instead of substance.
Here’s what we know to be true. We are not past our prime. We are in it.
We’ve built careers, families, relationships, and lives with depth. We’ve earned clarity, confidence, and discernment—and we deserve conversations, resources, and inspiration that meet us where we actually are.
The Mid is a space for wellness without extremes, style that feels natural, and growth that’s attainable. We talk health, relationships, travel, money, mindset, and the everyday realities of midlife—with humor, honesty, and zero perfectionism—because this chapter is layered, powerful, and sometimes delightfully messy.
This isn’t a pause. It’s a powerful middle.
Join me as we redefine what it means to be in The Mid.
This isn’t the end of anything. It’s the beginning of something really good.

When Stability Costs You Yourself
I’ve been a little off for a few months. I’ve felt it, but I haven’t had the words. Last night, I finally sat with the heaviness long enough to let it come out. And today, I can articulate it a

Building My Work Wardrobe: Affordable Staples That Changed How I Show Up
When I started my new job last month, one of the first things I had to figure out, and fast, was my wardrobe. After seven years in tech, my version of “business casual” was jeans, nice tops, and zip-ups.

Product Review: IGK NEVER MISS Root & Scalp Touch-Up Spray

From Regret to Removal: I’m Finally Saying Goodbye to That Tattoo
It’s no secret I have one (okay, maybe two) tattoos I’ve… outgrown. One, in particular, I downright hate. For the last 17-ish years, I’ve regretted getting it. I thought I was stuck with it forever, a permanent reminder of questionable
